For either metal, the best solution is a polishing cloth. Polishing cloths are available from most jewelry stores, or you can order them online.

- SILVER JEWELS can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and a solution of baking soda dissolved in water gently. You can add a drop of soap in the solution for a better result. Finally, rinse it and dry it well.

- COPPER and BRASS jewelry can be cleaned well with mildly acidic substances such as lemon juice or vinegar. Always rinse with plenty of water, and dry it well.

Important: Avoid applying lemon juice, vinegar, or any other cleaning substances to gemstones.

- Remove jewelry prior to showering, bathing in the sea or a swimming pool.

Copper in its natural form is a pure material. Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc, two metals. Because of the nature of raw copper, exposure to oxygen or water through everyday use can turn your jewelry a beautiful rich brown, sometimes within a very short time. This oxidation is completely harmless and attractive in and of itself. Follow upper instructions to clean it.

Depending on your body chemistry and p.h., some people may find that after prolonged contact with skin, copper may turn skin a greenish color. This is not harmful or permanent and will come off with soap and water. Copper will not damage or stain clothing. Some people wear copper jewelry to relieve arthritis. I don't coat any of my raw copper jewelry with finishing wax.

As all pieces are handmade I try to be really near to the sizes that I´ve displayed, but slightly little difference may occur, one or two millimeters. This is because the hitting of the hammer enlarges progressively the size of the piece.

My jewelry is handmade, processing time is 3 to 5 days approximately from the reception of the order.

The orders shipped included a tracking code (not always working depends on the countries). Registered mail needs a signature from the receipt. If you are not at home in the moment of delivery, the parcel will wait in your nearest post office. You can claim it with an ID and the tracking number.

Delivery times are estimated, a delay may occur by post, custom or holiday. I am not responsible for shipping delays. I will not refund an item that yet in on its way.

My ecological concern is principal. I use 100% sterling silver coming from a company that recycle sterling silver from industry, photography, etc. Copper and brass worldwide come from recycled industry by 70%. I don't use chemical compounds in my workshop. I try to use the less package in the shipment and try to find the most reused, recycled cartons and bubble envelopes possible.

Your jewelry will be carefully wrapped in a nice gift box perfect for making a present, shipped in a padded envelope so that your item arrives at you in perfect condition.
